Service and Usage Agreement

Welcome to NUR TECH. This Service and Usage Agreement governs your use of our services, products, and platforms. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

Service Availability

NUR TECH strives to ensure uninterrupted access to services. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. NUR TECH is not liable for any disruptions but will make efforts to restore services promptly.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to:

• Refrain from using services to distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized access attempts.

• Avoid overburdening or disrupting the network or services.

Intellectual Property

Payment and Billing

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Termination of Services

NUR TECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates any terms of this agreement. Users may also terminate their services by providing written notice.

Limitation of Liability

NUR TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding six months.

Amendments

NUR TECH reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in accordance with local regulations.
